Preview policy. These are proposed operating terms for the marketplace and must be finalized before real orders open. Demo orders do not ship.

Made to order, shipped by the tyer

Every listing shows an estimated tying time in business days. Your tyer ships your order after it is tied and packed. Carrier transit is additional; it is not included in the tying estimate.

Shipping charges

The starting setup is $6.50 for tracked U.S. shipping per tyer and delivery. Orders from different tyers ship separately. One-time purchases and monthly subscriptions have separate checkouts and shipping charges. The shop pays the actual carrier label cost, which can differ from the customer’s flat charge.

Order progress

Your account shows payment confirmation, tying, shipment, and delivery status. A carrier tracking number appears after your tyer purchases a shipping label. You can copy it into the carrier’s tracking page.

Monthly deliveries

Subscriptions renew monthly for the same patterns, sizes, colors, and quantities. Each successful renewal becomes a new tying order. Cancel before the next billing date from your account to stop future renewals. Canceling does not refund an order that has already been paid.

Problems with an order

Contact the tyer using the contact information shown in your order or their shop profile. Keep your order number and photos of damaged or incorrect flies. Refund eligibility, return windows, and support contact details must be finalized before the marketplace takes live orders.
